Quiet Hours: 🎧 Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors. ❗ Absolutely NO noise after 9 PM. No Parties or Events: ❌ No parties or events are allowed. ⛔ Guests not on the reservation are prohibited. 🛑 We reserve the right to cancel your stay and remove you from the premises without a refund for violating these house rules. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: No Smoking: 🚬 This is a non-smoking property. We have smoke sensors throughout the house. 🔢 Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts in the large trash cans outside. ⚠ A complete loss of deposit will occur if any evidence of smoking is found. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vaping. Pet Policy: 🐕 Our property is pet-friendly; however, we allow dogs and declawed cats. You will be responsible for any pet-related damages 📢 If you plan to bring a dog, please notify us in advance. Additional fees may apply. 🐶 We kindly ask that all dogs be house-trained, well-behaved, and supervised at all times. ♻️ Please clean up after your pets to maintain the cleanliness of the property inside and out. Cleanliness: 🧹 Please keep the property clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies are located in the laundry room. ❗ Any excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges. Damages: ⚖️ Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any damages immediately. ❌ Please do not remove or take anything from the house. Charges will apply for missing items, including a service fee. SAFETY AND SECURITY: Lock Doors: 🔐 Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Fire Safety: 🔥 No open flames or candles inside the property. ⚡ Follow all fire safety guidelines posted in the property. Parking: 🚗 There is 1 parking space for a full-size vehicle parking space in the driveway in front of the front door. Please do not park in any other spots. ⛔ DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAY AT ANY TIME. AMENITIES: Kitchenette/Den 🍲 You are welcome to leave sealed, unopened snacks or drinks for the next guests, but please throw away open food. Restroom: 🚽 Do not flush baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Use the trash can. ❗ Note: The toilet is very sensitive and can clog or overflow easily. Shower: 🚿 Hot water is available, but large groups taking long showers may cause it to run out. It can take up to 30 minutes to reheat. Community Laundry: 🧺 Washer and dryer are available with complimentary detergent. Only use a small amount of detergent and fabric softener as it's a high-efficiency machine and does not need a lot. 🔄 Do not leave laundry unattended. Remove lint from the lint trap before and after drying. ⚠ Do not overfill the machines, as this can cause damage and result in repair charges. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Emergencies and Maintenance: 🛠️ Contact us immediately for any issues like broken items, maintenance problems, water leaks, or clogged drains. Lost and Found: 🔐 We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please check the property thoroughly before leaving. Violation of Rules: ⚠ Violation of any house rules may result in additional charges and/or immediate eviction without a refund. Security Deposit Requirement: Guests must complete a pre-arrival verification and authorize a security deposit ($150). Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping indoors. Evidence of indoor smoking results in a full deposit loss. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, or sensitive plumbing issues (e.g., flushing prohibited items). Guests have private access to the entire duplex unit, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, the den, and the kitchenette. Laundry facilities are shared with the other duplex unit and located on-site. 🚫 Guests do not have access to the garage, backyard, or any outdoor space other than the front yard and front porch. 🔒 The house also has a locked supply closet for host use only, which is not accessible to guests. Parking includes 1 driveway spot plus plenty of free street parking.
