Such a wonderful and cozy place, Tony was always super responsive and helpful with everything. Check in was as smooth as it could be and everything was exactly how the listing shows. Definitely will be booking again anytime I’m in the area. 10/10 experience and recommend for anyone looking to book.

Great place, great area. Tony was super responsive and a great host. The house was clean and spacious. Super easy to find and easy to check in. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for accommodations in the Long Beach area!

Tony was friendly and personable. Great communicator. He even helped us bring up our luggage and was a call or message away if we needed anything. He made it easy to be comfortable and make wonderful memories.

Tony was a great host! He is very proactive in providing details and instructions. Our tenants feel great during their stay, and they enjoyed it! They stayed at the unit for 2 weeks, and so far, they have been comfortable and feel at home.

We had a fantastic stay at Tony’s apartment! It was spacious, spotless, and very cozy. Both rooms had comfy beds, and the kitchen was super clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Tony thought of every detail to make us feel at home — from the welcome snacks, coffee and tea, to the ice pops waiting in the freezer. The building is very secure, and guests get a master key for both front and back entrances. The private garage with a remote control was a big plus — easy to access and spacious enough for large cars if parked straight, which made coming and going very convenient. The location is excellent, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants. The nearby 7-Eleven, just a 3-minute walk away, was perfect for all daily needs, and having an Amazon Locker inside was a huge advantage for receiving packages easily. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Tony’s apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tony’s place! It was in a great, safe location. The home had everything we needed. Tony was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We accidentally left a laptop after checking out and he made it super easy for us to get the laptop back. I’d recommend this home to anybody!

The check-in was easy and the space was very clean as advertised. The location is private and quiet. Tony was very quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had. He also made sure to periodically check in to make sure our stay was going smoothly.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Tony's house in Long Beach. It's a cute house with modern amenities and bathrooms mixed with old world charm. The location was perfect. Two parking spots at the side of the house. A (small) public drop-in spot to the bay is down the street for those that want to paddleboard or kayak. The main 2nd street shops and restaurants were a quick 10 minute walk. Whole Foods, In-N-Out, and CVS a 5 minute drive. Tony was also responsive to our inquiries and we received a detailed house guide upon reservation confirmation for those of us who like to know everything ahead of time. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket upon check-in and basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, liquid soap, and mouthwash. The house has a strong wood smell if you prefer neutral or floral scents. The wifi is strong in some spots and weaker in others (the walls are solidly built). Otherwise, would highly recommend staying here.
