Guest Policy: 👥 This property accommodates up to 8 guests. Only individuals listed on your reservation are permitted to stay. Additional visitors are not allowed without prior approval. No Parties or Events: 🎉 Parties, events, or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate removal without a refund. Noise Policy: 🔇 Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 9 AM. Outdoor noise after 9 PM is strictly prohibited. Noise complaints may lead to fines or eviction. Smoking: 🚭 Smoking, vaping, cigars, or marijuana are not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damaged item replacement. 🐾 Security Deposit & Pet Agreement: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all reservations. This is an automated hold placed on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in and released 2 days after check-out, pending a damage inspection. -Failure to authorize the security deposit hold prior to arrival will result in the check-in codes being withheld. -Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Tony's house in Long Beach. It's a cute house with modern amenities and bathrooms mixed with old world charm. The location was perfect. Two parking spots at the side of the house. A (small) public drop-in spot to the bay is down the street for those that want to paddleboard or kayak. The main 2nd street shops and restaurants were a quick 10 minute walk. Whole Foods, In-N-Out, and CVS a 5 minute drive. Tony was also responsive to our inquiries and we received a detailed house guide upon reservation confirmation for those of us who like to know everything ahead of time. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket upon check-in and basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, liquid soap, and mouthwash. The house has a strong wood smell if you prefer neutral or floral scents. The wifi is strong in some spots and weaker in others (the walls are solidly built). Otherwise, would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great house for a family vacation. Disneyland & Huntington Beach was 35 min away, Universal Studios about 1 hr, less than 20 min to Catalina Island ferry. Multiple grocery stores nearby. Able to walk to marina, Beach, & restaurants on 2nd street. Tony was a great host & I'd stay here again.

Find us

Naples Island is very walkable, so you can leave the car parked most of the time. The canals, holiday lights routes (in December), and 2nd Street shops and restaurants are all a short walk from the house. Street parking is available in the neighborhood, and rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is easy to use for trips to Downtown Long Beach, Belmont Shore, the Convention Center, or the beach. Many guests also like to explore by bike or scooter along the waterfront paths and nearby neighborhoods.
