Guest Policy: 👥 This property accommodates up to 12 guests. Only individuals listed on your reservation are permitted to stay. Additional visitors are not allowed overnight without prior approval. No Parties or Events: 🎉 Parties, events, or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate removal without a refund. Noise Policy: 🔇 Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 9 AM. Outdoor noise after 9 PM is strictly prohibited. Noise complaints may lead to fines or eviction. Smoking: 🚭 Smoking, vaping, cigars, or marijuana are not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damaged item replacement. Pets: 🐾 Allowed on a case-by-case basis, please inquire about your pets before booking. Cleanliness: 🧹 Please be sure to maintain cleanliness during your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided under the sink. Excessive cleaning after departure will incur additional charges. Monthly Cleaning for Extended Stays: 🧼 For stays exceeding 30 days, professional cleaning every 4 weeks is required to maintain property standards and address maintenance promptly. Damages: 🔧 Please let us know immediately if anything is damaged or broken during your stay. Locking Up: 🔒 Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever leaving the property. Fire Safety: 🔥 Open flames, including candles, are not permitted inside. Follow the provided fire safety guidelines. Parking: 🚗 Ample parking is available in the driveway. Avoid parking in front of neighbors’ driveways. Kitchen Use: 🍳 Wash and return dishes after use. Avoid placing hot cookware directly on countertops. Use the trash bins provided. Turn off all kitchen appliances when not in use. Restrooms: 🚽 Only flush toilet paper to avoid clogs. Do not flush wipes or feminine hygiene products. Laundry: 🧺 Washer and dryer are available, complete with a starter supply of detergent and fabric softener. Please avoid overfilling machines. Emergencies and Maintenance: 📞 Immediately contact us for any maintenance issues or emergencies. Lost and Found: 🧳 We are not responsible for personal items left behind. Please double-check before leaving. A $50 return shipping fee applies to returned items left behind. Property Unavailability: 🚧 We reserve the right to adjust your reservation dates or refund your payment if the property becomes uninhabitable due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes natural disasters (earthquakes, fire, flooding), power outages, or health hazards such as known cases of contagious diseases. Rule Violations: ⚠️ Violations may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund. To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information, and sharing the purpose of your stay. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
