Check-In and Check-Out: 🕒 Your specific check-in and check-out times will be provided when you book. You’ll receive this information through email or a platform message. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance, and we’ll try to accommodate when possible. Guest Policy: 👥 This property can host up to 6 people. Only guests listed on your reservation are allowed to stay. No additional visitors are permitted. No Parties or Events: 🎉 Parties, events, or hosting unregistered guests are not allowed. Violating this rule may result in cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal without a refund. Noise Policy: 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM to respect our neighbors. Outdoor noise after 9 PM is not allowed. Complaints about excessive noise may lead to fines or removal from the property. Smoking: 🚭 Smoking, vaping, cigars, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas, but please dispose of waste in the appropriate trash bins. Smoking indoors will result in the loss of your deposit and a $500 minimum cleaning fee. Cleanliness: 🧹 Please maintain cleanliness during your stay. Cleaning supplies are available under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room. Excessive cleaning required after your departure will incur additional charges. Monthly Cleaning for Extended Stays: 🧼 For stays longer than 30 days, we require a professional cleaning every 4 weeks to maintain the property. This service, costing $300 per cleaning, ensures a clean and well-maintained environment and allows us to address any maintenance issues promptly. Damages: 🔧 If you damage or break something, please notify us immediately so we can address it. Locking Up: 🔒 For safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the property. Fire Safety: 🔥 Open flames, including candles, are not permitted inside the property. Follow the fire safety guidelines provided on-site. Parking: 🚗 The garage fits 2 small cars or 1 regular-sized vehicle. Please note that the garage may not accommodate low-profile vehicles or those with special modifications. Larger vehicles, such as trucks or SUVs, should park on the street. Do not block the neighbors’ driveways. Kitchen Use: 🍳 Wash and return all dishes after use. Avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on countertops. Use the trash bins for waste rather than the sink disposal. Turn off all appliances, including the stove, oven, and grill, when not in use. Restrooms: 🚽 Only flush toilet paper to prevent clogs. Do not flush wipes or feminine hygiene products. Pets: 🐾 Pets are only allowed if approved before your stay. Additional fees may apply. Showers: 🚿 If multiple guests shower consecutively, the hot water may run out. Allow about 30 minutes for it to reheat. Laundry: 🧺 We provide a starter supply of detergent for your convenience. Please don’t overload the machines or leave laundry unattended. Clean the lint trap before and after using the dryer. Emergencies and Maintenance: 📞 If you encounter any issues, such as a water leak or malfunctioning equipment, contact us immediately. Lost and Found: 🧳 We are not responsible for items left behind. Be sure to check the property thoroughly before you leave. Rule Violations: ⚠️ Violating these rules may result in additional charges or the termination of your stay without a refund. Liability Waiver: ✍️ By booking, you agree to these rules and accept responsibility for any injuries or incidents that occur during your stay. To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information, and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the verification steps in our guest portal. A refundable security deposit of $1500 is collected 2 days before check‑in and released 2 days after check‑out if no issues are reported. The deposit is securely processed and managed by Hospitable, and guests see all details in the booking flow and guest portal. We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy your stay. You will have access to the entire home and backyard garden to yourselves. We do have weekly landscaping, pond, and hot tub servicing done during the day to maintain the gardens in the backyard. For safety and security, we do have cameras, smoke and noise monitoring devices around the property. For privacy, there are no cameras located inside the property only externally.
