You will have access to the entire home and backyard garden to yourselves. We do have weekly landscaping, pond, and hot tub servicing done during the day to maintain the gardens in the backyard. For safety and security, we do have cameras, smoke and noise monitoring devices around the property. For privacy, there are no cameras located inside the property only externally.

First of all, Tony was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked our trip! Once we arrived, he made every effort to get us into the home early, even though we had only requested the accommodation at the last minute. Possibly the most incredible thing though - we were in town for the Rose Bowl game, but had to cancel and sell our tickets last minute because our son got super sick. Tony bent over backwards to help make our stay as comfortable as possible, even helping us to stay as long as possible so our kiddo wasn't stuck in the airport feeling miserable. His kindness was over the top, and we will not soon forget it! The home is darling, very large and comfortable! It is well decorated and equipped with everything you would need for a great stay! It is in a fantastic location - close to so much to see and do and though it is surrounded by many homes, you feel very private in the cozy backyard and beautiful landscaping. Great restaurants nearby, beautiful scenery!

Great location - near to everything we wanted to do. Very comfortable beds, clean environment, lovely gardens. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of long days. Tony was very responsive, would definitely recommend.

Tony sent photos and wonderful instructions on everything from parking to checking on us daily to make sure everything was 5 star. The house was gorgeous, the grounds were breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on the honeysuckle outside the kitchen window. The view at night was spectacular from the garden seating area. It was just a pleasurable, relaxing few days! Oh and a little secret, In and Out Burgers in right down the street.

The house has a small garage large enough for a 1 large vehicle or two small vehicles. There is also limited street parking across the street for another car. Please see street signs for street sweeping if parking on the street. We recommend renting a car, or using Uber/Lyft to get around LA as most things are not within walking distance.
