CoKasa General House Rules 1. Occupancy: - Max occupancy is 5 guests at all times. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 2. No Parties or Events: - No parties or events are allowed. - Guests not on the reservation are prohibited. - CoKasa reserves the right to cancel your stay and remove you from the premises without a refund for violating these house rules. 3. Quiet Hours: - Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors. - Absolutely NO noise after 9 PM. Respect the Property 4. No Smoking: - This is a non-smoking property. We have smoke sensors throughout the house. - Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts in the trash cans outside. - A complete loss of deposit if any evidence of smoking is found. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vaping. 5. Pets: - Pets are not allowed. Additional fees will apply if pets are found. 6. Cleanliness: - Please keep the property clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink. - Any excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges. 7. Damages: - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any damages immediately. - Please do not remove or take anything from the house. Charges will apply for missing items, including a service fee. Safety and Security 8. Lock Doors: - Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Fire Safety: - No open flames or candles inside the property. - Follow all fire safety guidelines posted in the property. 9. Parking: - There is a 1 car parking garage, inside the gated parking lot. - DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBOR'S GARAGE OR ANY OTHER PARKING SPOTS AT ANY TIME. YOUR VEHICLE WILL GET TOWED. Kitchen, Restrooms, and Laundry Kitchen: - Please do not place hot pots or pans on countertops. - Turn off the stove and oven after use. - Do not drop metal or heavy items into the garbage disposal. Use the trash can. Restrooms: - Do not flush baby wipes or female products in the toilet. Use the trash can. - Note: The toilet is very sensitive and can clog or overflow easily. Laundry: - Washer and dryer are available in the building. They will require payment to use the machines. Follow the instructions and rules posted in the community laundry room. - Do not leave laundry unattended. Remove lint from the lint trap before and after drying. -Do not overfill the machines, as this can cause damage and result in repair charges. Additional Notes: Emergencies and Maintenance: - Contact us immediately for any issues like broken items, maintenance problems, water leaks, or clogged drains. Lost and Found: - We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please check the property thoroughly before leaving. We had a fantastic stay at Tony’s apartment! It was spacious, spotless, and very cozy. Both rooms had comfy beds, and the kitchen was super clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Tony thought of every detail to make us feel at home — from the welcome snacks, coffee and tea, to the ice pops waiting in the freezer. The building is very secure, and guests get a master key for both front and back entrances. The private garage with a remote control was a big plus — easy to access and spacious enough for large cars if parked straight, which made coming and going very convenient. The location is excellent, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants. The nearby 7-Eleven, just a 3-minute walk away, was perfect for all daily needs, and having an Amazon Locker inside was a huge advantage for receiving packages easily. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Tony’s apartment!
